Sam

Owner/Store Manager

Sam has been in the food industry for years, and has been running Sam's Coney Island since 1986. He also owns the plaza where the restaurant is located. Sam is a respectable man with character, and is one of the biggest reasons there are so many long time regular customers that eat at Sam's Coney Island.

Malik

Cook/BBQ

Malik is Sam's son and has been working at the restaurant years. He cooks in the kitchen and also runs the outdoor BBQ. Malik enjoys meeting with the customers and also being able to help with the family business.

Alaina

Server/Waitress

Alaina is Sam's daughter and works as a server/waitress. She has also worked for a handful of years at the restaurant, and really enjoys relating with people and helping customers.

Ruth

Server/Waitress

Ruth is also a server/waitress and has been working at Sam's Coney Island for almost 2 years. She is super friendly and also says she enjoys the daily interactions with her customers.
